By installing and using PushBuff from Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Service and Google Play's standard EULA.

1. Health & Physical Exercise Disclaimer

Important Warning: Performing physical exercises (including push-ups) carries inherent physical risks. Consult a doctor or medical professional before undertaking any new physical exercise routine. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or discomfort. You assume full personal responsibility for performing exercises with proper form and within your physical limits.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  • PushGate Pro Subscriptions: PushGate Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period in your Google Play Store Account Settings.
  • Consumables (Skip Passes): Skip Passes are consumable items purchased via Google Play Billing. Consumable items are non-refundable once consumed.
  • Refunds: All purchase transactions and refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policy.

3. AI Pose Recognition & App Functionality

Push-up tracking is powered by real-time on-device computer vision (Google MediaPipe). While designed to deliver high accuracy, rep detection accuracy depends on lighting, camera positioning, and physical movement. PushGate provides rep counting on a best-effort basis without guaranteeing 100% detection precision in all environments.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use PushGate solely for personal screen time control and focus. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app to circumvent system security or app-locking features.
